Boost your immune system – Dr Kizza Besigye

Reminder:

Dear fighters, we must all live long enough to conclude the fight for our liberation in the second liberation struggle.

Let us boost our immunities to prepare our bodies to fight a possible covid19 infection as we take precautions and as we fight to liberate our country through all the available means in our non violent struggle.

Plan B demands that we are all fit and healthy enough to say enough is enough.

As advised by the people’s president, here is what you need to boost your immunities.

  1. One litter of hot water
  2. 10-15 pieces of garlic.
  3. 2 lemons
  4. 1 big fleshy onion.
  5. 4 thumb size Ginger
  6. 5 pieces of red paper

Blend the above ingredients for 5 minutes, wait for it to cool then take two spoons every after 8hrs.
Regularly exercise and if you can, take enough sleep for at least 8hrs a day.
